Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order at any time prior to the order being dispatched for shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, the customer may still submit a return request in accordance with the Return Policy outlined below.
To cancel an order, the customer may use the order confirmation email received at the time of purchase. Within the email, the customer can click on “Review My Order”, followed by “Cancel My Order” to initiate the cancellation process.
Please note:
- Orders that have already been dispatched for shipment are not eligible for cancellation.
- For such cases, the customer may proceed with a return request, subject to the terms and conditions specified under the Return Policy.
