Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
Eparts Auto Parts Company warrants that all auto suspension parts sold are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
2. Warranty Period
This warranty is valid for a period of twelve (12) months commencing on the date the original order was placed, as indicated on the purchase confirmation email.
3. Scope of Warranty
During the warranty period, Eparts Auto Parts Company will, at its sole discretion, replace any suspension part that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Replacements will be made with new parts, and such parts shall carry the remainder of the original warranty period.
4. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
·        Parts that have been damaged due to improper installation, misuse, accident, or modification.
·        Normal wear and tear or consumable components.
·        Damage caused by failure to follow manufacturer instructions or recommended vehicle maintenance practices.
·        Labor, towing, or transportation costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of the part.
·        Suspension parts installed on vehicles used for racing, off-road use, or commercial fleet applications.
5. Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:
·        Contact customer service via phone at 0501023254 or through the website at www.epartsmaster.com.
·        Provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
·        Submit a detailed description of the issue, including images where applicable.
Eparts Auto Parts Company reserves the right to inspect the returned product and evaluate the claim prior to approval. Warranty claims will be reviewed within five (5) business days of receipt.
6. Governing Law
This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the sale was made.
