  • Return Policy

    Customers are eligible to return items within one (1) calendar days from the date of receiving the order, provided the following conditions are met:

    1. The items must be:
      • Returned in the original, undamaged packaging, including all original components and materials.
      • The part should be engraved with company logo as an proof that part is purchased from us.
    2. Return Process:
      • The customer may initiate a return request through the order confirmation email by clicking on “Review My Order”, followed by “Return My Order”.
      • The return request will be reviewed within 48 hours, and an email will be sent to the customer indicating approval or rejection of the return.
    3. Non-fitted items are eligible for replacement only and not subject to a refund.
    4. If the return is approved, the customer must ship the product back in its original condition. Shipping costs for returns not due to a defect or Eparts Auto Parts’ error shall be borne by the customer.
    5. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued within 48 hours after receiving and inspecting the returned item, and credited back to the original payment method. For credit card payments, it may take 1 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect, subject to the customer's bank policy. Any applicable bank transaction fees may be deducted.
