Return Policy
Customers are eligible to return items within one (1) calendar days from the date of receiving the order, provided the following conditions are met:

The items must be:
- Returned in the original, undamaged packaging, including all original components and materials.
- The part should be engraved with company logo as an proof that part is purchased from us.

Return Process:
- The customer may initiate a return request through the order confirmation email by clicking on “Review My Order”, followed by “Return My Order”.
- The return request will be reviewed within 48 hours, and an email will be sent to the customer indicating approval or rejection of the return.
- Non-fitted items are eligible for replacement only and not subject to a refund.
- If the return is approved, the customer must ship the product back in its original condition. Shipping costs for returns not due to a defect or Eparts Auto Parts’ error shall be borne by the customer.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be issued within 48 hours after receiving and inspecting the returned item, and credited back to the original payment method. For credit card payments, it may take 1 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect, subject to the customer's bank policy. Any applicable bank transaction fees may be deducted.
